During the meeting in Berlin (June 2018) the project partners focused on the case of the Jugendberufsagentur (JBA), and the story of its implementation journey. “ELET is a complex story. Working on gelijke onderwijskansen has also a positive effect on ELET. The problem is that it is difficult to know what is preventief and what is curatief, and schools are not able to identify the students who would need a preventive approach. This makes it difficult to develop an efficient way of working on ELET.”
“Schools are being overwhelmed. A multidisciplinary approach works in the long run (you do not have ROI immediately), but school teams find it very complex to keep the overview. Solution: shared responsibility in time and resources.”
