The C4TALENT project is excited to announce its third transnational meeting, taking place from October 1st to 3rd, 2024, in the stunning coastal city of Alghero, Sardinia, Italy. This key gathering will bring together partners from across Europe to assess progress and dive deeper into crucial topics that are shaping the project’s direction.
Meeting Highlights:
Talent Attraction & Retention Masterclass: Expert-led sessions on branding, talent integration, and case work will offer practical tools for cities to retain their best talent.
Integrated Action Plan (IAP) Reviews: Partners will present the first drafts of their IAPs, sharing progress, challenges, and receiving peer feedback. A peer review session and plenary will help refine these strategies further.
Mid-Term Reflection: Partners will reflect on project milestones, review survey results, and plan the remaining stages, ensuring all partners are aligned as we move forward.
Networking & Cultural Immersion: Attendees will not only engage in strategic discussions but also experience Alghero’s rich cultural and historical atmosphere through guided tours and local activities.
This meeting is set to be a major milestone for the C4TALENT project, as we work towards refining our approaches to talent attraction, fostering entrepreneurship, and combating brain drain in small and medium-sized European cities. With Integrated Action Plans taking shape and testing actions on the horizon, Alghero will serve as a vibrant backdrop for driving the project forward.
