An energy system that is no longer dependent on fossil fuels requires close collaboration of us all – from states to municipalities. The EU partnership Driving Urban Transitions (DUT) aims to share knowledge and create real impact in urban transitions. Within the Dutch National Programme Local Heat Transition (NPLW), city districts are trialling different methods to move towards a low-carbon energy system.
Exchange with the people who are leading the transition
At the two-day Climate Neutral Districts workshop in Rotterdam on 18 & 19 September 2023, you will get the opportunity to have a first-hand look at the NPLW programme, share your experiences and get inspiration to let your project contribute to climate neutral cities! The workshop contains visits to local pilot projects, key-note speakers and in-depth sessions where you will be able to exchange insights with the people who are leading the transition – both from the Netherlands and other countries in Europe.
