Summary

Urban development professional with over 10 years of experience in culture-led, participatory urban projects. My career spans NGO, private, and public sectors, where I’ve initiated and managed 20+ international projects focused on community engagement and sustainable urban regeneration. My work with URBACT networks like VITAL CITIES and CREATIVE SPIRITS has solidified my belief in the value of collaborative, integrated approaches to urban challenges. As an advocate for bottom-up development strategies, I seek to contribute to the URBACT community by applying my expertise in strategic design, participatory methods, and fostering sustainable urban transitions. Originally trained in business and cultural economics, I am currently pursuing my doctoral studies at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, focusing on methods of transition design and mission-oriented innovation and their potential to achieve systemic changes in sustainability transitions. Skilled in transnational project management, stakeholder engagement, and participatory urban development, particularly in the areas of culture-led regeneration and decarbonization of the built environment. Experienced in fundraising, strategic design, and creating learning tools for urban and environmental projects.
