Éva Lovra Ph.D. in Architectural Sciences, civil engineer, municipal engineer MSc, specialist in protection of built heritage. She is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering University of Debrecen, doctoral supervisor at the Geoscience Doctoral School, member of the Standing Committee on Urban Science of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Hungarian National Committee of ICOMOS. Her research interests are urban morphology, micro-urbanism and urban heritage. Her main monograph is Towns in the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Urban Tissue Typology and Urban Typology 1867–1918 (2019). Her latest is From Miskolc Modernism to New York: Architecture of Victor Bohm (2023).
