Summary
I am an independent expert and Agile project manager with extensive experience in delivering complex projects at an international level. My expertise spans creative industries and heritage protection (incl. cultural landscape conservation and restoration works), alongside strategic project evaluation, audiovisual production and transnational cooperation. I have successfully led high-impact initiatives that bridge creativity, innovation and urban development, working across public and private sectors to implement forward-thinking cultural strategies.
I am particularly focused on leveraging creative industries for urban transformation, integrating New European Bauhaus principles and fostering heritage-led urban regeneration through innovation, participatory governance and cross-sector collaboration. Additionally, my expertise spans urban mobility, with a special focus on historic cities and their unique challenges.
A strategic thinker, problem solver and empathetic listener, I firmly believe that diversity and open-mindedness drive innovation. My work is deeply rooted in sustainability and the principles of the New European Bauhaus and I actively promote their integration into urban and cultural policies.
My professional experience includes collaboration with the quadruple helix stakeholders, with over 10 years of experience working for both, regional and municipal, government. With over 3 years as the founder of an SME, I have firsthand experience navigating business innovation and cross-sector collaboration. My work also involves extensive engagement with NGOs, individual stakeholders and experience in research (IDI, FGI, etc.).
For the last two years I have been regularly involved at EIT Urban Mobility, EIT Culture & Creativity and EIT HEI (Higher Education Initiative) initiatives, as an external Expert Evaluator-Rapporteur for assessing and guiding projects that integrate innovation with New Europea Bauhaus, urban transformation and marketable innovation for more liveable cities.
