He works as a Principal Consultant for a leading Dutch consulting firm, where he actively contributes to the ongoing transition of the Dutch labour market towards a skills-based economy. For the past three years, Dr. Lievens has participated in the UIA project Passport for Work in Eindhoven which sought to streamline connections between job seekers and employers in an inclusive way. For instance, he has acted as a national expert on the topic of refugee migration and integration on several occasions.
