  • Riga’s neighborhood residents centre

    In order to move towards the priority of the Riga Development Programme 2021 – 2027 – Modern and open-ended city management, which talks about bringing the city administration closer to the citizens from different points of view, a new institution the Neighbourhoods Residents Centre has been established and started its work on May 1 2021.

  • The Dublin Cultural Audit and Map project

    Dublin City is a member of the ACCESS Network through the participation of Dublin City Council Culture Company, an independent company formed by the Dublin City Council in March 2018. The Culture Company runs cultural initiatives and buildings across the city with, and for, the people of Dublin. Collaborating with people, communities, cultural organisations, businesses, and Dublin City Council to embed cultural experiences and increase cultural participation throughout Dublin.

  • Amsterdam Cultural Participation Data Model

    With Amsterdam’s participation in ACCESS, the city’s URBACT Local Group is actively targeting all three themes: data / innovation, decentralization and participation. On September 1, 2020, an important step was taken by the sub-ULG data / innovation, with the start of the pilot of the Amsterdam Cultural Participation Data Model project. The pilot will be completed during the  summer 2021.

  • International Vilnius Cinema Festival “Kino pavasaris”

    The 25th Vilnius International Film Festival Kino Pavasaris took place online in March 19–April 2, 2020. It is one of the first virtual film festivals in the world. Originally, International Vilnius Film Festival takes place annually in spring while screening best non-commercial movies from all over the world in Lithuanian cinema theatres. In 2020 with all mass gatherings banned by the government to prevent the spread of coronavirus, after spending the entire year preparing its anniversary edition, organizers of the 25th Vilnius International Film Festival had to adapt and accomplish what seemed like an impossible task – to go fully digital.
