  • TimeWalking - New community festival in Újbuda

    A good example is sticky, holds the saying. Following the ninth weekend of this year's Budapest 100 Open House Weekend, several European cities and districts are organizing their own festival, including Őrmező, Budapest. The purpose of the TimeWalking Festival is not only to entertain but also to build community, which has good basis in Újbuda.

  • Open Plasencia will link buildings with stories and cultural actions

    This year, on the occasion of the participation of Plasencia (Spain) in the " URBACT Come In! Talking Houses/Shared Stories Transfer Network", the "Open Night" is renamed "Open Plasencia" with the aim of expanding its field of action, integrating a good European practice originating in the city of Budapest, which seeks citizen participation and the valorization of heritage through the opening of residential buildings and the participation of neighbors sharing stories and experiences with their visitors.
